I have been so thirsty for the Fall holidays lately that I needed to make something that draws me back there. Chocolate chip pumpkin muffins. Delightful and already all gone. We made 2 batches. My boys are muffin monsters .
ITS NOT EVEN SUMMER YET!!!! HAVE YOU EVER MADE YOUR OWN PUMPKIN PUREE? I DID IT ONCE, AND THE RESULTING PUMPKIN BREAD/MUFFS WERE THE BEST I'VE EVER HAD.
Yumm those look good. I've been craving christmas lately...You know that's the first thing i thought of in the new house, 'where are we going to put the christmas tree?'. Haha. Gotta keep your priorities straight.
